Gear review

Hi guys has you know I got a new tack vest... It is realy great and I will try to get some forage of it. It has 6 mag pouches and 2 for your pistol. It is coustmizable and comes with a pistol hoslter. It has a combat belt and other gear. I will try to put a drop pouch on the back of it for easy mag change. This is what it looks like... The Zombie Slayer Echo 1

I was looking in a airsoft store and came across a cool gun called the Zombie Slayer. With COD 2 coming up it was perfect. No I didn't get it. It was Echo 1 and it had a 350 fps. The gun looked boss. It cost around $200 to $350. The gun looks like a cut down M4 with a weird barrel. I recommend you get it. Has is said I will do a ton of posting next week. Thanks.

THUNDERBEES

They are a good distraction but they do not shoot pelts.They produce a loud sound and are a one time use. They run of of co2 and are really good. On my blog a video I posted has a thunder bee going of in it so check it out. The cost for a pack of 8 is $30 to $40. They are really good. I use them a lot and they work. Look pics later.

Shot Guns

Has you know in my recent video, I have a shot gun. I decided to do a post about this. The shotgun comes in many stiles,cartage,mag,and the new cartage. Shot guns run off of green gas,spring,and on a slim chance co2. NEVER GET THE MAG,CHEAP PLASTIC TYPE OF GUN. You will know the felling when you touch it. Shot guns are all pump action. I don't recommend the ones with a butt stock. Now to the price... they are $20 to $300.  I am sorry. I could not find a pic of the green gas shot gun. They consider a grenade launcher a shot gun.

CLAYMORES.

Hi guys I wanted to talk about claymores. They are fun and awesome. If you play Call of Duty Black Ops, you know what a claymore is. In the real world they explode. In air soft the pop open and shoot out 200plus. They are reusable. There are videos up on the web about how to make a rat trap claymores. They are inexpensive. I will post a video on the rat trap claymore tomorrow. Look for it around 7pm ish.
Back to the claymores. The full metal ones are $100 to $200. There are suside air soft vests that use claymores they are awesome. They cost $100 to $250. Again I will post a video tommarow. Now for the pics.

I said that I would do a post on the Go Pro and I am. The Hero has a shatter resistant case so the camera is protected. The Hero has HD streaming and a high powered light. The Hero is mounted to your helmet.

M4 gun with p mag

Fully Upgraded M4 carbine.

I recently went to an airsoft store and asked for my m4 to be fully upgraded. I used last night at zombie night. Omg! It was amazing. I also tried my new p mag which you will see a pic of it on the bottom. I will post a video on M4 target shooting. Zombie night was crazy. They were giving away Saws!(See bellow) The zombie games were really awesome. I could not get any footage because they had Hollywood smoke in there. So I am sorry about that. When I started this blog I never thought it would be this big. I have reached 425 views!!!!!!!!!!! On aside from that  i would like to talk about shomogs or neck guards. The military these are scarves. So if you get hot it keeps you cool. There are several ways to tie a shomog, but they all protect your neck.
They are very good for combat. $10 to $30 dollars.

Sas Info.

I have mentioned Sas blackops for along time and I decided that I should take the time to tell you to about Sas. Sas opened a few weeks ago and has already attracted the "black water squad". Several other teams have played and all had fun. The field uses strode  and color lights. The field is very big and there are allies and lots of buildings. They have an minim engagement rule of 10 ft for aegs (assault riffles) and 5 ft for pistols and shot guns. There are No CO2 guns of any kind allowed on the field. Zombie night is the 17 of august.

Grips

I know I already did a post on grips but I have more info about them. The grip I am focusing on is the v grip. It costs $40 to $60. The v grip does not get in your way in cqb. I found that the coolest part of the v grips is that, if you don't have a rail for your gun,  they make them that don't need rails. I don't use this grip but I do like it. Highly recommended for airsofters.

M4                    Ok                       Very reliable for a weapon. Just don't get a classic army m4. Breaks easily. $200 to $500.
ICS MX5           Good                       Strong built. 3 round burst. Great CQB weapon. Adjustable stock.  $250 to $ 350
Ak-47                Ok                            Good weapon. The stock is hard to fold up and most of the times are fixed stocks. Very heavy.

Knee Pads

There are several types of knee pads. Black- camo ect. Always cheack for quality. Make sure they are well built and they will last along time. Make sure they are not half knee pads. They break easily. Full knee pads are strong and durable. Also make sure that your knee pads match your outfit. Also make sure that your knee pads are Velcro. This makes for easy adjustments. When buying knee pads make sure the knee part is hard plastic.

Magnum boots

Magnum boots are the best books in my opinion. They are comfortable and great to use. I don't have a pair of them but every one I know said they are comfortable and durable. Most magnum boots are water proof. There are many different stiles of magnum boots. I like the spider 8.0s. They come in many different colors to fit your outfit.

magpull pts pocket gun.

Mag pull has made many good and great guns m4 mp5 you get the Idea. The best one they made the mag pull pts a flip out pocket gun. Has on mw3 it is an amazing gun 40 round mag and semi and full auto. Full blow back high performance. Starts at $250 to $350. Very good gun highly recommended. It is considered a secondary. Fps is 300 to 400. Go pts.

gloves

All gloves are not created equal. Some cover fingers some don't. Some have hard knuckles. Some only have padding some have padding and grips. gloves protect your hands. They also help you hold your gun. You want gloves with padding and grips along with hard knuckles. Prices are $12 to $100.

I got a riot sheild....

I recently found the time to start saving for a riot shield in preparation for airsoft zombie night august 7 at sas (refer to sas post). I cant wait to get it. Riot shields are awesome. (please refer to the riot shield post). If you want one go to sas airsoft and get one, or some other place. For you people who did not read my riot sheild post they are $120 To $200.

wire masks

Wire masks are a different type of mask than the normal type of goggles. I recommend that you use the wire mask that covers your ears. $16 TO $30. Goggles start up wards $20. Make sure you use a helmet (airsoft). Please refer to older posts.

Guns

I recently bought one pf I c s newest guns the mx5pro. Please don't get jelous. It is an amazing gun. 3 round burst and the easiest gear box ever. Very good gun I do recommend it. $200 and up compared to most stores. Most stores have it priced at $300.

holographic sights

This post is about sights for your guns. The best is a holographic sight. It is always on target even if you move your head. It always stays on target. I closed my eyes and turned around. Turned opened my eyes and hit the target. Red dot sights are cheep but they don't line up you have to line them up they aren't already lined up like the holographic. It is the same with aco scopes. You have to lignite them up. Sorry for no pictures I am using this on my kendle and cant get pictures.

riot sheild

Recently I was at was sas airsoft and found that they have riot sheilds for sale. They are awesome the ref used all day and never got shot. The jugernot used it too. They look like the normal special forces root sheiks. Cost is about $120 to $200. They cover your whole body depending how big you are. 

Grenades

Recently I used a grenade launcher. It was a grenade pistol (see bottom) Its Boss. Like the 6 barrel grenade launcher is also boss but is over priced $400 TO 800. There are many different stiles. The grenade pistol is a 1 shot but only $200.
The cool thing about the grenade pistol is that you could hook it to your gun.

I was looking for a field to play in over the summer and I found Sas Blackops. They are an indoor arena that deals with airsoft. I highly recommend them to all airsoft fans. I have no footage of the place but if you look up sas blackops airsoft on youtube you will find them. They have a zombie night august 7 be there.
On the web sight it sad their address. http://www.sasblackops.com/.  Very good place to play $20 admissions for all day.(10 to 10) They are open every day there is not school. I will be getting a Go pro camera soon so look for my videos.
 

I have recently found that shot in the head hurts so I would suggest you get a helmet. They cost $20. They come in green or black.
Tactical  lights are also we also helpful. They go well with a pistol. There are several youtube videos that use lights. Make sure they are high powered.
Grips are another thing. The strait collapsible grips are good for close combat. The triangle grips are my favorite. The are good for close combat and don"t get in the way when fighting.

how to break the L shaped assult

The L shaped assault is the most common assault. You break it by sending (Lets pretend there is a red, blue, and yellow squad) the red squad to assault the L its self. Blue flanks the short part of the L and yellow flanks the long part of the L. Hopefully you have few casualties.

 

The Good, The Bad and The ugly

The Good: This summer I recently went to an airsoft Ranger camp. It was awesome learned battle tactics and how to ambush enemy. I was named, the next day, the best ranger on our 42 man platoon and made leader of the platoon.
The Bad: Half of the kids there did not know the rules at the camp. Some of them don't know hit meant, after they did that to me they found out. Kids also keep throwing smoke grenades at me. That was not fun.

The Ugly: We lost (except 3 missions) missions and they weren't because of my teachings the kids didn't want to get hit.

Air Soft post2

During this past weekend (5/06/12) I was playing air soft and i was defending the base. Somebody chucked a smoke grenade in side our base. They smell like burning paper and a really bad fart, no joke. The smoke didn't really effect us because a guy on our team, with a gas mass threw it back at them. Smoke it is a very powerful and smelly way to win even though they didn't win, we were just that awesome.


Smoke grenades are a one time thing. At air soft fields they are $10 or more.

 

First Air Soft post

For first time Air Soft players the most important thing is buying a gun (Duh) But, all guns aren't created equal.
For starters the M series (M4A1, M14, M16 ect.) are good starter guns, but make sure they are not spring powered. They break down very easily. The best guns are electric powered. Some people like yours truly like grenades and making in rain... That is me. There are  many types of grenades make sure you get the ones that don't break. Get the ones like the tornado. It spins releasing all of its shots.
Air Soft knives count just like BB's, when you get hit you are out. They are $10 (At certain stores).
Pistols are key secondary weapons. Mine the Punisher 45 are good pistols. Make sure you get Green Gas has the power for your pistol. Most pistols are 15 to 24 shots. Some machine pistols have 48 to 58 shots and are fully automatic.
